By agreeing to book a lesson then you must agree to the cancellation policy. This is to ensure business continuity. You can cancel 24 hours before for illness and 48 hours for anything else. If you cancel within those hours you lose the lesson and will be charged. If I, the instructor cancel then you don't lose anything and the credit will be paid forward.
